  • 3 aubergines
  • 8 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons salt (30 gr.)
  • 1 tablespoon oregano (15 g)
  • ½ cup olive oil (125 ml)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • ½ cup cabbage (75 g)

Instructions

  • First, wash and dice the aubergines.
  • Then heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  • Then add the eggplant and stir until the vegetables are soft. Then lower the heat and let it cool down a bit.
  • Puree the vegetables while they are still warm. You can use a stick blender for this.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  • Then roll the croquettes from the dough you just made.
  • Finally, fry the croquettes in a frying pan until golden brown. Then let them drain for a while and they are ready to serve.

2. Mini fruit tarts

Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced strawberries (75 g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (150 gr.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup condensed milk (397 gr.)
  • 1 cup butter (200 gr.)
  • The zest of 2 lemons

Instructions

  • First, put the butter, flour and one egg in a large bowl. Mix it well and then put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Once the 15 minutes are up, remove the dough from the freezer. Then roll it out with a rolling pin.
  • Then cut rounds out and place in muffin tins. Place them in the oven until they are golden brown. This will take about 10 minutes.
  • Then pour the condensed milk into a blender along with the remaining eggs and strawberries. Mix everything and then pour it on the pie crusts.
  • Finally, put them in the oven for another 20 minutes at 180º C. Then remove them from the molds and serve them with some lemon zest. You can also use strawberries as a garnish.

  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (40 gr.)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (15 gr.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • ½ tablespoon pepper (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 gr.)

Instructions

  • First, season the chicken with a little salt and garlic powder. Then put it in the oven at 180ºC.
  • After this time, remove the chicken breast from the oven and cut it into cubes.
  • Then wash the lettuce. Cut the lettuce and cherry tomatoes and put everything in a bowl.
  • Then add the chicken and egg in the bowl and mix all ingredients together.
