How to keep your skin glowing

Due to factors such as the climate and poor eating habits, the skin often becomes more sensitive and requires more care. But we all want to keep our skin glowing so that it will look super healthy and vital.

We can start taking care of our skin at any time in our lives, no matter how old we are. There are many alternatives that make your skin smoother and more radiant. So read below how to make your skin radiant.

How to keep your skin glowing

1. Use sunscreen

It is essential that you protect your skin from UV rays every day, which is why it is recommended to apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to the skin every day.

2. Balanced Diet

What you eat largely determines your overall health and therefore the health of your skin. It is important to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and products rich in vitamins and minerals.

This will ensure a firm and radiant skin and contribute to the cell regeneration process.

3. Sleep

This is the best medicine to get healthy looking and glowing skin. Sleep is essential because cell activation peaks during sleep and up to three times more cells are activated than during the day.

In this way damaged skin cells can be repaired. It is recommended to sleep at least 8 hours a day.

4. Cleaning

Your skin is exposed every day to environmental pollutants (think wind, dust and cosmetics) that can clog pores and impair cell regeneration.

That is why it is important to cleanse your skin daily. Do this preferably before going to bed so that you remove make-up and other impurities that can affect the health of your skin.

5. Hydration

To get your skin radiant and even, it is very important that you moisturize your skin well. For this reason, many different creams and products have been launched on the market, which also bring other benefits.

You can also moisturize your skin by making your own moisturizing masks and creams at home, which are based on natural products.

6. Healthy Habits

A good training schedule (that you stick to!) and avoiding bad habits such as alcohol, drugs and smoking are important for the health of your skin.

Bad habits can cause irritations, allergies, pH imbalance and dryness, among other things.

Exfoliation

There are many different ways to exfoliate your skin and thereby get rid of impurities. Doing a peel supports cell regeneration and removes dead skin cells. In this way we can revitalize the skin and the skin is also provided with extra oxygen.

As with moisturizers, there are many exfoliating products on the market. Of course, there are also many natural alternatives that you can easily make at home and that don’t cost that much.
